Additional training session
£650 per half-day session. Useful when new team members join or when you roll out the tool to a different department. Includes updated playbook materials.
Data-governance setup
£2,400 flat fee. We define data-ownership roles, access policies, and quality-check routines so your AI inputs stay clean over time. Particularly relevant for companies subject to FCA or NHS data standards.
Emergency retraining
£180 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. For retainer clients who hit an unexpected accuracy drop outside of the regular monitoring cycle. Response within four working hours.
Executive briefing
£900 for a two-hour session with your board or senior leadership. We explain what AI can and cannot do in your sector, using your own data as examples. No slides full of jargon; we use live demos.

Every project is different. The figures above give you a realistic range, but the best way to get an accurate quote is a short conversation. We reply within one working day.
Get in touchHow billing works
For audits, we invoice 100% upfront. You receive the report within two weeks of the start date. If the audit uncovers nothing actionable, we refund 50% of the fee. That has happened twice in 47 engagements.
For projects, we split billing into three milestones: 30% at contract signature, 40% at the midpoint demo, and 30% on final acceptance. Milestone dates are defined in the statement of work. If we miss a deadline by more than five working days for reasons within our control, we apply a 5% discount to that milestone payment.
Retainer invoices go out on the first of each month. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payments incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily.
All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. We are registered for UK VAT and will add it at the prevailing rate on every invoice.
